Initially weaving along the River Stour through Flatford, Dedham, Stratford St Mary and Nayland this route takes you into the heart of Suffolks countryside though Shelly, Higham and onto Hadleigh.
A loop of c. 30 miles, extendable with a variety of add-ons for those looking to work a little harder.
Try The Queens head in Hadleigh for lunch or pack a picnic and stop at an idyllic riverside spot for some well earned rest.
