OHC East Bergholt is a gateway to adventures within the Dedham Vale AONB, Essex's Sunshine Coast and the Suffolk Heritage Coast.
For Cycle Hire Customers, a selection of themed cycle routes are available to choose from or you are of welcome to define your own adventures and routes.
Canoe and Kayak Hire is available from this centre. Weekday customers choosing to explore the River Stour from the Cattawade 'put-in' while a schedule of weekend options is available for one-way paddles from Sudbury.
Delivery of all equipment is available, on multi-day hires, to your hotel or holiday cottage.

Villages and Country Lanes Ride
Traditional Suffolk villages, quiet country roads and a diverse range of rural scenery to explore.
Weaving alongside the River Stour from East Bergholt this route takes in Flatford Mill, Dedham, Stratford St Mary, then inland through Higham and Shelly to Hadleigh and onward. This 30 mile loop can be extended if requested.

A flexible series of routes along the Sunshine Coast of Essex offering 30 - 60 mile options as circular loops or point-to-point with train connections along the way.
